1924 the first film production company was founded in
Moscow. Especially the first movies of the Soviet directors
embodied the emerging new directions of styles, as well
as the new perceptions and ways of life at the dawn of
the century. The pictures featuring languishing ladies
of the decadent circles were superseded by films showing
cheerful, forward and energetic people. |
